Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Depending on your role and your organisation’s use of the app, we may process:

• Account information: name, business email or login ID, mobile number, company, role and authentication records.
• Employee records: employee ID, contact information, address, date of birth, gender, job details, team, supervisor, division, work location and employment status.
• Attendance and payroll information: attendance dates and status, shift times, wages, allowances, bonuses, deductions, payment cycles and payment records.
• Documents and images: employee photograph, Aadhaar card and bank passbook files uploaded by authorised users.
• Location information: authorised staff members' precise check-in and check-out location and, after an explicit in-app disclosure and permission, live location from check-in until checkout. Live tracking can continue while the app is minimised through an Android foreground service with a persistent notification. This information is visible only to authorised company MD, Directors and Managers for attendance verification, workforce safety and site operations.
• Technical information: limited network, security and error information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.

The Android app does not request the Android ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION permission. Staff attendance tracking uses precise location through a visible foreground service only after check-in and stops at checkout. The app does not request camera, microphone or contacts permissions and is not designed to collect advertising identifiers.

2. How we use information

• Provide secure sign-in and role-based access.
• Manage companies, divisions, teams, employees, attendance, payroll and related operational records.
• Display uploaded employee photographs and authorised documents.
• Record staff attendance, verify site presence and provide authorised live workforce-safety monitoring between check-in and checkout.
• Process password-reset requests and important service communications.
• Prevent misuse, maintain audit records, diagnose errors and improve reliability.
• Meet contractual, legal and compliance obligations applicable to the organisation using the app.

3. Legal basis and organisational responsibility

ConstraTech Construction ERP is a business workforce-management service published on Google Play under the developer name SPA InfraTech and operated by Self Power Associates. The subscribing organisation determines which employee records are entered and who may access them. Organisations and authorised administrators must ensure that they have a lawful basis and provide any notices or obtain any consents required before entering personal information.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. Information may be available to authorised users within the relevant organisation according to their roles. We use Supabase for authentication, database and isolated file storage. Service providers process information only to operate and secure the app. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service or the public.

5. Data security

We use encrypted network connections (HTTPS/TLS), authentication, role-based permissions, tenant separation, database access controls and restricted file storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain information while an organisation’s account is active and as needed for payroll, attendance, audit, dispute-resolution, security and legal requirements. A signed-in user can initiate an account-deletion request from Settings in the Android app. Users who cannot sign in can follow the public instructions on our Delete Account page. Verified deletion requests are handled subject to legal and legitimate record-retention requirements.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or raise a concern about its use. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the organisation that controls your employment records before acting on a request.

8. Children’s privacy

The app is intended for authorised business users and workforce administration. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

9. International processing

Service infrastructure may process or store information in locations different from the user’s location. Where required, we and our service providers apply safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, our practices or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or the subscribing organisation.
