Use the in-app option whenever possible. Sign in to ConstraTech, open Settings, tap Delete Account, review the notice and submit your request. This securely links the request to your authenticated account.
If you cannot sign in
Email us from your registered business email and include your full name, Login ID and organisation. Do not send a password, Aadhaar number, bank details or copies of identity documents.
What we delete
- Your ConstraTech authentication account and active sessions.
- Your profile information that is not required for a legal or organisational record.
- Personal files controlled solely by your account, where deletion is permitted.
What may be retained
Attendance, payroll, financial, safety, audit and statutory employment records may be retained where the subscribing organisation or applicable law requires them. Access is restricted and the records are retained only for the applicable purpose and period. We will explain any retention that applies when the request is completed.
Verification and processing
We may verify your identity and coordinate with your organisation before deletion. After verification, we disable or remove the login and delete eligible personal data. If another open request already exists, the in-app option returns the existing request instead of creating duplicates.
